The Counseling Center views its human resources as its most valuable asset and takes pride in the qualifications, skills and professionalism of its large and diverse clinical staff. Our commitment to maintaining a strong professional staff is evidenced in our competitive reimbursement rates, comprehensive employee benefits packages, provision of ample professional development support and efforts to include staff in both program innovation and administrative decision making processes.

 

Because the success of The Counseling Center rests upon the quality of our clinical staff, we strive to employ and retain the highest quality professionals from the fields of psychiatry, psychology, social work, counseling and nursing. We not only have both full- and part-time positions for independently licensed mental health professionals, but also employ license-eligible social workers and counselors and various qualified

clinical support specialists.
