Accreditation
The Counseling Center has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 1997. In July 2022, The Center once again was awarded a CARF Three-Year Accreditation for the following programs:
Case Management Services/Coordination: Integrated MH/AoD (Adults) Case Management Services/Coordination: Integrated MH/AoD (Children and Adolescents) Community Housing Mental Health (Adults) Crisis Intervention: Integrated MH/AoD (Adults) Crisis Intervention: Integrated MH/AoD (Children and Adolescents) Employment Services: Community Employment Services: Job Development Employment Services: Community Employment Services: Job Supports Employment Services: Community Employment Services: Job Site Training Intensive Family-Based Services: Mental Health (Adults) Intensive Family-Based Services: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents) Outpatient Treatment: Integrated MH/AoD (Adults) Outpatient Treatment: Integrated MH/AoD (Children and Adolescents) Prevention/Diversion: Mental Health (Adults) Prevention/Diversion: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents) Residential Treatment Mental Health (Adults) For more information about CARF: www.carf.org Certification"Community mental health agencies require certification by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS) when they provide behavioral health services that are funded by a community mental health board or when they are subject to Department licensure of a residential facility according to Section 5119.22 of the Ohio Revised Code." The Counseling Center is certified every three years.
