Payment and Billing
|
At The Counseling Center, we’re here to support you—whatever your financial situation may be. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurance plans, and Worker's Compensation.
If you live in Wayne or Holmes County and don’t have insurance—or if your insurance doesn’t fully cover the services you need—you may be eligible for financial assistance through the local Mental Health and Recovery Board. This assistance can help lower the cost of services, with fees adjusted based on your income and family size.
To find out if you qualify, please bring the following to your appointment:
- Your insurance card (if you have one)
- Proof of income (such as a pay stub or tax form)
- Proof of residency in Wayne or Holmes County (a utility bill in your name or a driver’s license works well)

Genoa Pharmacy

The Counseling Center offers access to convenient on-site pharmacy services for our patients through Genoa Healthcare. Genoa is able to fulfill all of The Counseling Center's patients' medication needs on-site to ensure that they're provided with the best possible mental health services around.

- Full-service pharmacy that can fill all of your medications, even those from your primary care physician
- Pre-filled pill organizers to help you take the right dose at the right time
- Dependable delivery and mail services at no cost to you
- A trusting and caring staff to help you with anything that comes up, including medicine and insurance questions
- Available to answer questions during business hours or through our 24-hour customer service line
